Deer Hunter 2005 Dedicated Server Admin Utility cannot change parameters for the dedicated game server WHILE the server is running. To run the game server with different parameters using this utility, you must Quit the dedicated game server, change your parameters in the utility, then use "Create Batch & Run" to launch the dedicated server again.
You can either have the admin utility generate a batch file for you to run manually at a later time (the "Create Batch File" button), or you can have the utility both generate the batch file and then run it automatically for you (the "Create Batch & Run" button). In either case, the batch file is generated and saved, complete with the parameters you have chosen in the utility, and it can be run manually at any time.
